We had a great stay! Best aspects were the location - close to everything including the supermarket - and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. Parking and transportation were also available. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, although served 4 blocks away.

Enjoyed the continental breakfast that was served each morning. The staff were always on hand to assist. and I could also rent a car from the hotel.
Oh, the joy of dealing with outdated currency exchange rates and being overcharged.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to a supermarket and everything else. The room was clean, and the staff provided nice service. There was good wifi and a fridge in the room. Breakfast was close by, and the rooftop pool offered great views.
Climbing up and down the stairs with luggage was a bit of a hassle.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it's close to a great supermarket and some good restaurants. Plus, it's not too far to walk to the beach and the hotel rooftop pool is a refreshing way to cool down after a long day in the sun. The room was cleaned to a good standard and the air conditioning kept us comfortable during our stay.
Although the hotel was clean, the shower was in need of an update as it looked quite old and had some mold on the shower curtain, which wasn't very pleasant. , the hotel could definitely benefit from having an elevator or at least someone to help with luggage as climbing up and down the stairs with heavy bags wasn't very convenient.

Enjoyed the rooftop area with a lovely pool and great views. The location was convenient, a short walk to the town center and close to a grocery store and tasty taco joint across the street. Also appreciated the friendly staff and the availability of drinking water in the lobby.
There were a few negatives during our stay. The check-in process was strict and the regulations were overly stringent.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Eleven! The rooftop pool was the perfect spot to cool off after a long day of exploring. The location was great, with many restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot shower was a much-needed luxury. The staff, especially Florencia and the cleaning ladies, provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and friendly staff.
